SAP ERP Senior Level Consultant
Duration: 3 years
Location: Primary remote, need to go onsite When needed at Washington, DC
Visa: Must be USC, Obtain a Security clearance
SAP ERP Senior Level Consultant
SAP Modules Must have knowledge: Production Planning, Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Payroll or General Ledger. Along with Expertise in Project Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years' experience SAP integration options to include configuration of third-party software and SAP configuration module.
- Two years' experience providing training and knowledge transfer to new and junior level staff.
- One year’s experience with US Treasury G-Invoicing and SAP API integration.
- Two years' experience with business processes to include but not limited to supply chain management, materials management and production planning.
- Two years' experience project management expertise, coordinating functional and technical team efforts for projects as assigned.
- One year experience assistance in the upgrade of the SAP S/4 HANA during support pack or version updates.
- Two years' experience providing troubleshooting assistance when issues arise within the SAP ERP system.
- Two years' experience providing recommendations to further improve system performance.
- Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree with preferred study in information technology, computer science, business or equivalent experience and certifications.
Required Skill set:
1. SAP ERP resource with firsthand knowledge of SAP system configuration, to include configuration of third-party software. Resource with expertise in of SAP configuration module.
2. SAP ERP Resource with the ability to provide training and knowledge transfer to new and junior level staff in areas of SAP Supply Chain.
3. SAP ERP resource with knowledge of US treasury G- invoicing and SAP API integration.
4. SAP ERP resource with project management experience, coordinating efforts of Function and technical team members.
Tasks:
a. The contractor will provide project management expertise, coordinating functional and technical team efforts for projects as assigned. Knowledge of SAP integration options.
b. Provide trouble-shooting assistance when issues arise within the SAP ERP system. Contractor will possess expertise in business process to assist where needed in supply chain management, materials management, and production planning.
c. Provide assistance in the upgrade of the SAP S/4 HANA during support pack or version updates. Contractor will have knowledge of FPI third party interfaces, providing knowledge and testing expertise.
d. Provide recommendations which would further improve system performance.
e. Work with primary administrators to ensure that administrative coverage is maintained.
f. Provide senior-level knowledge transfer and informal training to FPI junior-level staff.
g. Assist the project manager by tracking actual costs against the budgeted amounts for all contract delivery orders and task orders.
h. Assist and work with key end users and technical personnel to develop and/or configure the ERP system in accordance to the FPI requirement. FPI will ensure testing and documentation is maintained in accordance with SDLC.
