open source DAGMC geometry creation option

Hi all

We have been working on an new open source method of making DAGMC geometry and I am delighted to share a couple of GitHub repositories with the you.

In these repositories you will find:

   - video tutorials that guide you through the install and examples
   - step by step instructions for making the environment and running the example

   - all the scripts and environment files to reproduce everything
