Moving discussions to Github Discussions

Hello all,

The DAGMC development team has chosen to move conversations about DAGMC and related workflows to the Github Discussion interface in the DAGMC repository.

We will begin moderating discussion here to redirect new threads to the Github Discussion board as well allow old threads to draw to a close.

I hope that everyone is able to move their interest to that forum as a more productive place for ongoing discussion about using DAGMC and identifying additional features.
