Only uppercase tablenames in MySQL?

Hi,
I try to replicate MySQL to MSSQL.
All tablenames of MySQL have lower cases.
If I select my tables I get the error
"com.daffadilwoods.replication.RepException: Table XXX does not exist
in the datasource."
If I change the name of the table in uppercase it works fine but i
can't change all tablenames!

Is there any solution for this problem?
