Getting unstuck, first RC for 0.1.8 on gemcutter

Hi everyone

Development slowed to a crawl this year, my apologies for that.

I've cleaned up some minor issues and just pushed the first release
candidate to gemcutter.org. If you could all give it a whirl and let
me know what you think.

In addition to any feedback I just need to get it working with bundler
0.9 before I push a second (and hopefully last) release candidate.
