I did not receive results (.ply files made by Autodesk maya and BSCOR)

Hi,

I made my own mesh with Autodesk maya 2018 and then convert it's meshconv (~.obj file made and converted into ~.ply by meshconv)

After that, I used my own ~.ply mesh and left all other optional sections.

Homepage said that 

"Thank you for submitting your PLY design file to DAEDALUS. You should receive an e-mail soon confirming your submission, which will be followed by a second e-mail with a link to your results once your job has been completed."

but I didn't get any emails.

So, here is my two questions.

1. How long does it usually take to receive my results?

2. It is said that submission is completed, but how can i know whether it is really submitted or not?
