dadi.Inference.opt

Hi Ryan,

Is there anywhere I can find out what dadi.inference.opt do?

I am using dadi-cli developed by Xin and found dadi.Inference.opt is applied in the optimization process (InferDFE.py: line 94). However, I couldn't find the description in the API or find the function in dadi/inference.py.

It’s actually imported from dadi.NLopt_mod: https://dadi.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/dadi/NLopt_mod.html .

Most useful is the list of all the algorithms NLopt supports: https://nlopt.readthedocs.io/en/latest/NLopt_Algorithms/ .
