script any file (vcf, arp, fasta, nexus) to dadi snp file format

Hello, everybody!
Does anyone have any script that convert any snp data file into the dadi format? I tried two already, but they didn't work. Does anyone have yet another script?

I tried this one, but is not working for me. I don't know if I have problems with my files. I uploaded just the beginning of the files. Are they wrong? Thanks for your help!

Well, I got it! I used this program instead: https://github.com/anbena/4p . It gives you the FS from a vcf file!

Of interest may be the R package stackr by Thierry Gosselin (https://github.com/thierrygosselin/stackr) which has a vcf2dadi function built in. It's quite simple to use and has worked well for me so far.
