dadi 1.4.0 release, including manual

Hello all,

dadi 1.4.0 has been uploaded to the dadi website. The most important
change is the inclusion of a manual for dadi, available at
http://dadi.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/doc/manual/manual.pdf . Please
let me know if you discover errors, typos, or omissions in the manual.
