We wanted to ask a bit more about the System Description Papers because we're not sure if we'll have time to draft one up!
Some questions:
We know they're optional, but what extension did you plan for them?
Can anyone draft a paper or only teams that complete all 3 tasks?
Did you expect everyone with accepted papers to present it at the workshop?
I think that should help us plan for the paper writeup, but if there is any other relevant info about this we'll really appreciate it!
Cheers!

Hi Damian,
Thanks for your interest in contributing a system description paper! Answers to your questions below:
Re extension, the deadline we've set is cutting it quite tight to our deadline for preparing and submitting the workshop proceedings. We'll try to be as generous as we can as always but I'd suggest treating the current deadline as is (June 10th) with at most maybe a couple of days leeway if everything goes perfectly.
Anyone can draft a paper for any of the tasks individually or combine as they see fit. You may also submit multiple system description papers for each task if you consider it more suitable.
We will provide authors of accepted papers the opportunity to present their work during the poster session at the workshop (but this is not a requirement). The winners of each track will also be asked to give a short presentation of their approach (so having a system description paper ready would probably be helpful).
Hope this helps and let me know if there's anything else we can help with!
Thanks,
Max

Hi Max!
I wasn't clear on my first point. I was inquiring about the extension of the paper as in number of pages expected.
Sorry about the confusion!

My bad! We had in mind anywhere between 4-8 content pages (i.e. typical short or long paper).
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Max
