I have asked MOF finance regarding which sub rule of CCS(RP)2008 the pay fixation has been vide clarification OM 10/1/2009-IC dt.14/12/2009 & why the other OM 1/1/2008-IC dt13/10/2008 of MOF regarding fixation other Central Govt employee is them.
I also asked the DOPT regarding applicablity of the order to other central Govt employee which they replied that is only applicable to Assistant of CSS.
