Attached is the CUC Strategic Plan that we worked on at our meeting on December 9th. Please review it and add information that you see as priorities. It will be on the agenda for our first meeting of 2014, January 13. A follow up step will be to develop a budget for comprehensive programming/projects. Thanks!
