Hi Members,
Attached is a draft agenda for the Tuesday, April 14th meeting at 2:30; the minutes from the March 17 retreat; and a new draft of the Strategic Plan from the retreat. Please read these three document prior to the meeting. The agenda was drafted from reviewing items identified at the retreat. If you wish to suggest changes to the agenda, please do so prior to April 5.
In a separate message I will send a re-draft of the CUCAB Bylaws. The original Bylaws are available at the cuc...@gmail.com e-mail address, using the password stopbullies. It would be useful to read both versions of the Bylaws to get a sense of what a "nonprofit corporation" would create and what the Bylaws Committee (Martin, Marcy, and Eileen) is calling a "nonprofit organization." We may want some legal advice on this document.
Officers please remember to bring a written description of your job description/duties as an officer. These will be discussed and entered as written or amended into the bylaws.
