1. Support HFM and Hyperion essbase and planning infrastructure
installation and maintenence procedures.
2. Troubleshoot performance issues.
3. Troubleshoot product issues.
4. Application patch maintenance.
5. Perform fail-overs.
6. Support application services issues.
7.Strong preference for HFM experience (in preference to Essbase).
Windows
experience is a must - mustbe able to troubleshoot issues that could arise
with HFM/Essbase on Windows.
8. Strong HFM suite infrastructure experience. This is to seperate HFM
admin/ development from the infra support in this case.
9. Experience with multiple server environment with failover, disaster
recovery and scalable systems.
10. Experience monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning HFM suite
of products.
11. Ability to migrate HFM and related applications like FDM, ODI between
environments using LCM(Hyperion Life Cycle Managemnet).
