Dear Friends,

I was just thinking of organizing a southindia convention for Dalits/Adivasis. We could have had for all 

cateogires but due to resources, we could confine to Dalits/adivasis and the second convention can go

for the larger level. orelse if the members think we can go for all then they should also show the resources.

please comment at the earliest. Based on the comments we can call an EC meeting.
