Dear Madam

On 17^th December 2010 Pawan Chakravarthy (Ph D in Translation Studies), Kiran Kumar (Ph D in Translation Studies) and Janardhanan (Ph D in English Literature) physically assaulted me and called me caste names in front of publication building. They restrained me and cornered me near the Publication building and beat me by hands on the right ear and punched and gave fist blows on the abdomen and abused me in filthy language in the name of caste as “scavenging Lanja Koduka, Nuvvu entah ni caste entha Ekado Tamilnadu nunchi Oochi Ikkada leadergiri chestunavu SC Lanja kodaga Ikkada nundi dengesai lekuntey champestham”. The same day, 17^th Dec 2010 evening the same people also threatened me to leave the campus. On 18^th Dec 2010 I lodged a complaint in the administration. On 18^th Dec 2010 the same students tried to manhandle me for not leaving the campus, and subsequently they went and searched my friends' rooms. Since then I have been running for life from pillar to post outside the campus.

I request you to rusticate the above-mentioned students with immediate effect so that I would be able to concentrate on academical activities and stay on campus.

I am awaiting for your reply. Because i cannot stay out of campus for a long period. Please do take an action on the complaint i gave and bring those students who involved in violence under justice and punish them.
