Thanks for putting your (Suresh anna) thoughts in written form and forwarding the same, though a bit late. Though I have seen this mail only yesterday night, unable to reply and read the attachment. I have now gone through the attachment with keen interest. The stratification is interesting.
 
I friendly suggest you to blog this piece, if possible by developing furhter. So that larger persons can come to about this. This can be posted on our Multiply site too, if you don't have any objection.
 
Mean while, I'm happy to inform, the paper, which I have started to write on the 'Students' politics on the University of Hyderabad Campus', has a taken a new shape now, but, I intends to further develop also. Anyhow, I'm attaching the present form of the paper, for your rough reading and reflection, if possible. I intends to develop furhter, to a great extent, by concentrating some more days to come, may be in the month of March, 2011. So, mean while if you can go through this paper and put forward your suggestions or arguemnts, I would be most glad to receive the .
