Dear PACS board members and Kaisa Davao,

 

Attached is PACS Circular No. 1, call for papers on our national conference on Ethnic Chinese as Filipinos, Focus on Mindanao.

 

We hope you can help disseminate this to a wider audience. Response  and registration form should be emailed to the PACS secretariat.

 

Father Ari and Clark, can I request you to email this to Ateneo de Davao cc me so they can already be in the loop for future communication... For circular no. 2, we will need info on exact venue at Ateneo. >From Kaisa Davao, we will need info on the negotiation with the hotel... if we can get a conference rate at Marco Polo, which, I understand, is walking distance from Ateneo de Davao.

 

Still to be fine tuned is the indication that paper presenters need not pay registration fees. Likewise, the dietary requirements have to be simplified and just left blank... we will just attend to this in Circular No. 2.
