dear amado, lafayette, edgar, mr angliongto,

we are now on the last leg of refining the details of the two-day 4th tsinoy national convention (4tnc). attached please find our invitation to you and the tsinoys in davao.

1. as you'd note, the "ideas out of the box" competition is now an organic part of the 4tnc. meaning, all participants will have equal opportunity to conceptualize and submit project ideas during the convention.

therefore, we highly encourage the tsinoy youth/community leaders of davao to participate in the 4tnc so they can experience this pioneering competition (in the tsinoy community) and possibly get grant funds for a new project or for a variation or extension of an existing project they have been wanting to do.

we're attaching the mechanics of that competition so the participants can start preparing/thinking about their project idea.

2. the registration fee for the two-day convention is php 1,000/pax only which includes lunch, snacks, kits, transportation costs. and there is even an early bird registration at php 800/pax if you register within the month of july! it's really so cheap :) so, we encourage you to pre-register already and avail of this rate.

3. more critically, we would like to ask for your help to be kaisa's "social marketing arm" for the 4tnc in davao and nearby provinces in mindanao. please help us disseminate this invite, press releases and other information to your tsinoy contacts so that we will have representatives from diff parts of the country.

4. can you commit to get at least 20 tsinoy participants from davao and other parts of mindanao to pre-register this july?
