Dear Mr. Lafayette:

Our organization, Association of Young Filipino-Chinese Entrepreneurs (AYFCE), formerly Anvil Business Club, is planning to conduct a business tour in Davao from July 12-14 to meet and expand ties with the young Filipino-Chinese businessmen there.  The organization is composed of young and aspiring businessmen whose thrust is to promote economic progress through Confucian values.

Each year, AYFCE goes to the different region to meet and expand friendship ties with fellow Filipino- Chinese businessmen in the area.  This year,we are planning to host our monthly general business exchange forum in Davao on July 13, 2013 featuring the country's top marketing guru, Josiah Go as the guest speaker . In this regard, you were referred to me by Steve Arquiza who can help us gather and invite our Fil-Chinese Davao businessmen to attend the scheduled event. Below is our proposed itinerary:

1400   Courtesy visit to Mayor’s Office

1600 .   City tour

1830      Back to Hotel

1930     Dinner with Davao and Cebu businessmen

0900   Plant tour  (schedule could change depending on availability)

1400   Plant Tour/ Visit Ayala or Megaworld investment site

1700   Back to hotel, prepare for forum

1830   AYFCE Exchange forum with Josiah Go
