Hey guys!! Please answer following questions

1. From where are you getting the xerox copies of your documents
attested?
2. Is PGC in academic section itself? How many of you have get the
signature of PGC on the letter regarding academic plan?
3. How many have you got the signature of your German mentor on the
draft of envisaged project.
4. Actually i have already send the form but after sending it we cant
edit it.Can i fill my form again?
5. Its writen in our DAAD form that "All certificates must be
accompanied by the explanation of grading system". What are you doing
with this?

1.u can attest ur copies from your guide
2. U DONT NEED TO SUBMIT ANY ACADEMIC PLAN RYT NOW. WITHIN MONDAY PLEASE SUBMIT WHATEVER DAAD COMMITTEE HAD ASKED TO SUBMIT. PGC IS POST GRADUATE COMMITTEE OF YOUR DEPARTMENT AND ACADEMIC OFFICE( DPGC & PGC). M REPEATING IT AGAIN, U DONT NEED TO SUBMIT THAT WITHIN THIS WEEK. JUST SUBMIT WHAT THE DAAD COMMITTEE ASKED FOR.

ND WITHIN MONDAY..OTHERWISE THTERE IS A HIGH CHANCE THAT OUR FORMS WILL GET CANCELLED

3. I have the sign from german mentor

4.u can fill up the form again.i have done it thrice. @ aromal...write student..not postgraduate..

5.as we have the cpi/cgpa system going on, so the explanations are generally written on the back side of our grade cards as far as i know.

please ready all your documents by monday...

thanks for the reply..
I have also filled postgraduate instead of student...but i still feel that
(post)graduate is the right option as we are already graduates and post is
written in bracket that means "(post)graduate" is an option for both
graduate and post poast graduate students...so we should select this..
what are your arguements regarding this?

I have two questions

in the application form, we have been asked to provide

i) proof of contact made with the prof.
ii) wat we are goin to do there as a write up in seperate sheet(s)

2.that is the draft of the envisaged project in Germany duly signed by
both of your German and Indian mentors.

I only have that draft signed by my german mentor. So, what I have done, I have prepared another draft typing the same thing wat i have got from RWTH Aachen and got it signed by my german mentor.
