only those who dont have a passport
guys.. we should ask immediately

first get address proof from home[original- for varification],
get bonafide certificate from academic section and hostel of u r staying [from the date we arrived here at IIT].
then an affidavit form, from an advovcate [manasvi is having a contact of one adv. (mishra/ and some one else) with contact number - 9819919491/9833909488 respectively- who's office is near the IIT main gate]. we have to ask him to make one for a proof of our place of birth.
plus all the mark sheets n all. one xerox copy of your bank passbook in mumbai.
fill online application with IIT as current address,
for tatkal scheme, we would need another form http://passport.gov.in/cpv/TatkalScheme.htm and another affidavit and verification certificates mentioned in the page.
submit the form online, take print out, they will right away give an appoinment date while submission , go to vorli passport office, afterwards we ll get a call from powai police station for passport varification.
