hi need help! i downloded the ibackup bot to delete unwanted email address i back up my iphone but the backup folder is empty! i deleted my previous backup. everytime i open the ibackup bot the message plist not found. what should i do please????

yes i did sync my iphone then backed up.. Then as i open the ibackupbot theres a message "plist not found" and then i checked my backup folder to my surprise its empty! So what should i do now everytime i hit sync and backup in the stupid itunes it doesnt really back up my files! O please help me. Please... Millions of please... :(((((((

I am using windows.. I used two different computer before to backup my iphone. The first time a backup that was 11/14/11 in my laptop and the 2nd backup was 12/21/11 in my personal computer.. Is it because i used two different windows to backup thats why i cannot backup my filws now? The last two backups i did was the earlier version of itunes. Or is it also beacuse i downloaded the new version of itunes???? Im so puzzled and so upset coz i cant backup my files,, hopeyou can help me guys,
