Dear friends,

There is a collaborative project with a team from an outstanding foreign university. 

The project is to develop a fully automated pipeline for analyzing the gene expression data and other biological data using statistical methods like Bayesian networks.

Advanced Java programming skill, and very great responsibility are critical.

This stage of the project is hopefully finished by the end of summer and there will be hopefully a publication, and the team will be mentioned as co-authors.

The weekly time needed for the project is minimum 30 hours.
