Why does everyone look like they’re in a state of hypnosis?

Agree with the below – also, not sure how I feel about the “confetti” background (think it’s intended to tie with your logo?). right now the combo of the confetti and the jagged heads is making things look a bit messy, but once the images are fixed, the background might be OK.
Also, I think the logo is supposed to be a 3-d “F” (right?), but the non-white parts of the logo blend into the purplish strip at the top of the page, so on first glance the logo just looks like four random white shapes, and it took me a while to see the F. Not sure if that’s intentional or not.
I apparently don’t have webgl, since no eyes are following my mouse L
I think the confetti/polygon stuff is good, just could be executed better – like by using a standardized set of 1-2 vibrant colors for all the polygons throughout the site. Maybe in the F logo, four polygons could be one color and one could be a contrasting color. Conceptually, I like how the polygons are the surfaces of things you 3d scan, since Floored bridges the gap between 2D and 3D.
Even if sales is not driven through the page at all, point b) is still important because you want to create an impression of professionalism/high quality work with potential recruits.

Hm...will bring these up to folks. My guess is that the response will be the either a) sales are not driven through the webpage at all; b) team page is more a fun landing for people who we're trying to hire
We're updating the marketing and website soon (e.g., we have horrendous SEO; message is really confusing), so will definitely tap you guys for feedback. Sadly, I get the feeling that people are really attached to the confetti / logo...I mean we have business cards 'n; can't go back from that...
Hmm I do like the name Floored b/c it’s a not-too-cheesy pun!

Yeah, also not hot on the name itself. We used to be Lofty (also not great), but had to change b/c we were being sued.
If you click on the faces, you get the goofy versions!

Yea, you guys should try to bump up your SEO ranking...you show up 9th/10th for me on the term "floored" right now, and I'm not sure if that's because I've already visited your site. You do have pretty stiff competition though! (ie Urban Dictionary)

I personally like the logo.
Anyway, if the page is just for people you hire, then the comments are less of a concern. I showed it to my colleague and he thought it was really cool. I will say though that I like Dustin and Jake's expressions best.
