Got you…it looks like the IP address of the Asterisk server isn’t being added to the ACL to allow these option messages.   You can fix this by adding the IP address to the address table within the Kamailio database.

As i said the Trunk is Registered, i just receive these warnings when qualifying.

The sip trunk is registered to DsipRouter, everything is OK
But i keep having this Warning whenever my freePbx qualifies the endpoint (pjsip trunk) :

[2022-06-19 12:08:53] WARNING[11939]: res_pjsip_outbound_authenticator_digest.c:507 digest_create_request_with_auth: Host: 'XXXXX:5060': No auth objects matching realm(s) '' from challenge found.

Where XXXXX is my DsipRouter public IP.

Running snGrep on DsipRouter i see this message : 

SIP/2.0 407 Proxy Authentication Required. Add the PBX or Carrier IP using GUI
  
The PBX is detected automatically after registration, i can see its ip on my Endpoint Group (Endpoint Tab)
