Proposal to change file extensions to .asciidoc

Hello User Guide maintainers,

We have a proposal on https://www.drupal.org/project/user_guide/issues/2595473 to change the file extension of all of the source files from .txt to .asciidoc.

The main reason for wanting to do that is that some editors and web sites (including our own git.drupalcode.org) will do nice syntax highlighting and syntax assists on .asciidoc files, rather than treating them as plain text.

So... We'll probably make this change soon, probably in the upcoming 9.0 branch.
