Drupal User Guide content updates for Drupal 10.2.x

Hey everyone,

I just completed updates for the English version of the Drupal User Guide to account for changes in Drupal 10.2.x. I also updated screenshots for all languages with new images since there were a couple of UI changes in 10.2.x.

This includes some changes to Drupal UI strings that are referenced in the content of the guide, changes to the steps required for adding a new field, and changes to the steps for creating a custom block, so translated content will require updates as well.

I'm also aware of, and working to help resolve, the issue with character encoding in some languages. Though I don't have a timeline for that yet. https://www.drupal.org/project/asciidoc_display/issues/3381145
