Changes to 7 English Source Files

I wanted to let you know that on this issue:

we made a change to the English source file(s):

source/en/extend-manual-install.txt
source/en/extend-module-install.txt
source/en/extend-theme-install.txt
source/en/install-composer.txt
source/en/install-decide.txt
source/en/security-update-module.txt
source/en/security-update-theme.txt

The biggest change is in the install-composer.txt file where we've updated the instructions used for installing core using Composer. In the others we've made some changes to how we refer to the composer-install topic to hopefully help make things clearer.

Suggested actions to respond to this change in each language would be either:
a) If the file hasn't been translated yet, copy the English source file to your language directory and commit it.
b) If the file has already been translated, open a new issue to revise the translation.
