Changes to a few English source files

Today I updated several English source files:

a) The topic about installing a theme from drupal.org was updated to use the new Honey theme that we created for this purpose, rather than the Mayo theme (which was outdated and not Drupal 9 compatible). Files changed:

b) The UI around menus changed in Drupal 9.1.x from saying "menu item" to saying "menu link". So, we changed the User Guide accordingly. Files changed:

c) The Usability group settled on a standard terminology for entities, so we changed the User Guide to use the same terminology: Entity type, Entity subtype (not sub-type or bundle), Entity (not Entity item). Files changed:
