we made changes to the English source file(s) below today:

  ==> Added information on updating the permissions for settings.php and sites/default after running the installer

install-requirements.txt

  ==> Removed information about using the Hiawatha web server, since it is no longer supported

extend-module-install.txt
extend-theme-install.txt
install-dev-making.txt
install-prepare.txt
preface-conventions.txt
prevent-cache-clear.txt
security-update-core.txt
   ==> Replaced short-format Drush commands with unabbreviated commands, and fixed a few Drush commands that were incorrect

Suggested actions to respond to this change in each language, for each file, would be either:
a) If the file hasn't been translated yet, copy the English source file to your language directory and commit it.
b) If the file has already been translated, open a new issue to revise the translation.
