Changes to 4 English source files

I wanted to let you know that on this issue:

we made a change to these English source file(s):

install-decide.txt -- Added a new section about installation options (previously it was about deciding how to download the core software only)

install-manual.txt -- Added a note at the end about how to run the quick-start command to install a temporary demo site
install-prepare.txt -- Expanded note at the top about sometimes not needing to run the interactive installer
install-requirements.txt -- Added notes about requirements if you are only doing a temporary demo site

Suggested actions to respond to this change in each language for each file would be either:
a) If the file hasn't been translated yet, copy the English source file to your language directory and commit it.
b) If the file has already been translated, open a new issue to revise the translation.
