Hello, Ballers!  

As promised in the email update, earlier today, here is additional information regarding why and how to register for DCON 2021! Please thoroughly read through the rest of this email, as it contains important information you'll need in order to successfully register for DCON.

• What is District Convention?

District Convention is an annual event hosted by the California-Nevada-Hawaii District of Key Club International! This event is mainly to celebrate the hard work of all the members and officers and to reflect on everything your division and the district have accomplished. Members from throughout the district are invited to attend a weekend-long conference to attend workshops, listen to keynote speakers, and vote on the incoming District Executives. Additionally, the old District Board officers will be officially retired and the elected 2021-2022 Lieutenant Governors will be officially installed!

• WHEN: Friday, April 9th, 2021 - Sunday, April 11th, 2021
• WHERE: Zoom and YouTube Live
• THEME: Stargazing in Service!

Follow the official CNH DCON 2021 Instagram account @cnh_dcon for updates, activity reveals, answers to FAQs, and much more! Make sure to follow the account to be as up-to-date as possible! The following reveals have been made so far:

• How to Register for DCON 2021

This year, we have a new Registration process where each attendee can register individually and pay through PayPal!

Simply follow the steps below to register:

1. Go to the CNH CyberKey at cnhkeyclub.org

2. Click on the Events tab > District Convention > DCON Registration

3. Complete the registration process and enter all information requested

4. Agree to the Code of Conduct linked HERE

5. Select how you plan on paying for Registration (through PayPal or Check)

6. Press Submit and receive a confirmation email!

• On-time deadline: Wednesday, March 31st | 11:59 PM PST
• Late deadline: Wednesday, April 7th | 11:59 PM PST

• Price Breakdown

Below are the following convention deadlines and price breakdown. At the time of this email, early registration has passed:

• Late Registration - $12.00*/attendee
• Ends Wednesday, April 7th, 2021 at 11:59 PM PST

*If you are paying by card, there is a small transaction fee that will be added to the registration website.

• New Referral Program

Make sure to refer as many members as possible to attend CNH District Convention this year! The members with the most referrals will be eligible for special prizes! This is an easy way to support our virtual convention and easily win exciting prizes!

The program will work through the steps below:

1. Recruit a friend to attend CNH DCON with you!

2. Have them state your name, school, and email when they register online.

3. Members who recruit the highest numbers of referrals will be rewarded with very special prizes!
