Hello, Prospective Lieutenant Governor Elects!

After attending CTC and having made your decision to run for Lieutenant Governor, here are the next steps you must take in order to secure your candidacy. If you have no interest in the position of Lieutenant Governor or this does not apply to you, please disregard this email!

• If you have not already, please schedule a meeting with Region Advisor Victor Chan to go over the Service Agreement in depth. You may access the schedule of dates here. (This is where you will obtain the Region Adivosr's signature as well). 
• Attached below is the Lt. Governor Service Agreement. Aspiring candidates must have all of the required signatures in order to be able to run for Lieutenant Governor. 
• The completed service agreement must be completed and emailed at least one week before Conclave (January 23rd, 2021) to SLP Tim Cunning and to Region Advisor Victor Chan. 
• Mail the completed original documents at least one week before Conclave to the CNH District Office to the attention of SLP Tim Cunning. 
• In addition to the Service Agreement, candidates must fill out an Intent to Run form for the District. The Intent to Run must be filled out at least one week before Conclave. The form can be found here.
• Your literature must be emailed to Region Advisor Victor Chan and me at least one week before Conclave. 
• Lastly, if you are interested in viewing the workshops along with the literatures that were presented at this year's CTC, the literatures can be found here while the workshops are located here. 

Remember, any form of campaigning at any point of the election procedures can result in disqualification. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. Best of luck!
