Dear Toastmasters Family,

It is indeed with a heavy heart that I write this mail to you. Owing to chickenpox, I shall not be able to make it to the conference.

I hereby appoint District PRO Ashley Lobo to host and Preside over the District Conference and keep the proceedings on track, in my stead.

He shall also serve as the Elections Officer for District 98. PDG DTM Vinay Jain will be the Elections Officer for District 41.

The Credentials Chair for D41 is Area Governor Manish Dembla, and for D98 is Asst LGM S Sugandh Rakha. They along with their teams will double up as the head ballot counters and ballot counters respectively.

The District parliamentarian remains DTMVinay Jain. For the breakaway sessions we will have two separate parliamentarians, Venkataraman Dittakavi will serve as the parliamentarian for District 98, and Area Governor Richa Mathur for District 41.

I do hope you will support them wholeheartedly. It's time to rise upto the occasion. All good wishes for a wonderful conference.
