Eligibility Criteria:
* At the time of taking office, the district director must have
served at least twelve consecutive months as a lieutenant
governor or division governor or a combination thereof.
* At the time of taking office, the program quality director and club growth director must
have served at least six consecutive months as a club president
and at least 12 consecutive months as a lieutenant governor,
division governor, area governor, or a combination thereof.
* A division director must have served at least six consecutive
months as a member of a district council (e.g., club president,
vice president education, area governor, district secretary,
district treasurer).
A more detailed description of each of these roles and the qualifications required are given in the attached document.
Please note in our Districts District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director and Division Directors are elected.
PR Manager, Finance Manager, Administration Manager and Area Directors are not elected. They will be appointed by the incoming District Director.

will be accepted in addition to nomination by someone else on your

Applicants
for Division Director position should mention name of the division to be
served (proposed A - F).
The
attached 'Officer Agreement and Release Form' should also be printed, signed, scanned
and sent to the Nominating Committee Chair along with the nomination
form.
The deadline for receipt of nominations is midnight of March 25th, 2015, IST.
After all
nominations have been received by the aforesaid due date, the Nominating Committee
shall interview and screen candidates for eligibility and suitability
and prepare the nomination slate. The slate shall be announced to
the district at least 4 weeks before the elections which are scheduled to be
held on 16th May, 2015 in Mumbai.
