On behalf of Divisions A & J, it is my pleasure to invite you to the Club Officers Training Program (COTP) which will be held at Bechtel India Pvt Ltd, 244-245, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV, Gurgaon 122015, on February 23, 2014.

 

I request you to kindly forward this Invitation to larger group of fellow toastmasters. Please find Venue Map as an attachment. The Agenda will be forwarded shortly.

 

District 41 District Governor Prasad Sovani, LGET Dr. Reet Arora and LGM Brillian will be attending the OTP and it will be a great opportunity to interact. Could I request for the following from you:

 

·         Forward the invite to all your Area and Club Members

·         Provide me the tentative attendance from each Area (preliminary estimate by Monday, 17^th Feb, final estimate by Wednesday 19^th Feb)

·         Confirmation on taking training modules for the OTP sessions
