Inspect, keep records of and warehouse spare parts and spare parts for repair

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Over 2 years’ work experience as an spare part inventory in telecommunication industry

Hands-on PC user familiar with Excel and database

Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation
Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:
Assist PM to Manage and supervise overall delivery of the project
Assist PM to Establish project governance and its deliverables, including financials and objectives
Proactively interface with, and build relationships with the customer and supplier chain to ensure the needs and issues of the business are properly addressed
Provide continued overall strategy development and execution priorities, and end-to-end process management
Manage post-sales support & guidance, and customer relationship
Conduct presentation, continual communication with customers to obtain and comply to specific requirements
Organize or invite public bidding invitation for purchasing production materials; set up bidding organizational guidelines, bid evaluation standards and conduct bidding result analysis and conclusion
Arrange local procurement schedule of production materials based on sales contract requirements; keep track of purchasing process, purchase contract implementation and stock conditions
Evaluate the standards of commercial contracts and bidding documents, and ensure the accurate implementation of commercial solution plans, at the same time maintain competitiveness of the bid.
Assist on confirmation and validation of the outsourcing and subcontractor on commercial aspects.
Requirements:
Degree in Commercial Management / Trade/ Logistics or equivalent
A Bachelor’s degree holder with in Trade) or commercial contract laws.
At least 1 year working experience related to international trade or international project bidding in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
Ability to implement the commercial part of International Commerce contract, and familiar with International Goods Transportation and Insurance, Engineering Project Insurance, Letter of Credit, bill of document operation, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English as well as to converse in Mandarin will be an added value.

OUTSOURCING MANAGER

Responsibility:
Searching for local subcontractor resource, and guarantee enough suitable resource for local project implementation; make outsourcing resource analysis to support purchase
Support outsourcing purchase team to process bidding, negotiation and contract signing, guarantee timely purchase and file all the Process Documentation
Charge subcontractor performance evaluation, support PM to solve all the issue related with outsourcing during project implementation,
PO dispatch based on PR and contract, track settlement and payment.
Be responsible for project outsourcing account building and outsourcing cost controlling, optimize national outsourcing cost database.
