Dear Champion Presidents , District Officers , and fellow Rotarians.

We are sharing  with you, the Promotional Newsletter of  Rotary International Convention . Please take time to read:

Attached you will find Issue #1 of the promotional newsletter.  

1.  To promote registration for the Honolulu Convention; and,

2.  To help Rotarians who are already registered to have the best possible experience . . . especially "first-timers" (i.e. club Presidents-Elect).

Why the second goal?  Because when people have a wonderful experience, they will attend other conventions and they will encourage others to attend.

If we provide our members with information about the variety of opportunities and events during and around the Convention, they will be able to plan ahead and choose the events that are most meaningful to them.  Therefore, by sharing this information with the Rotarians in your club , you will help people avoid the disappointment of missing out on an activity or event that could have increased their enjoyment of the convention experience.

 How to Register for the Honolulu Convention in 4 Simple Steps

1. Go to https://www.riconvention.org/en/honolulu/register to register for the Convention.

2. Go to https://riconvention.org/en/honolulu/accommodations to select your Hotel.

3. Go to https://rotaryhonolulu2020.org to register and pay for Events being put on by the Host Organizing Committee (HOC)

4. Watch for information about your Zone social event to make sure that you don’t register for two events at the same time.
