Dear VIPs and VIP Officers & all Team reps contending for the TOC,
There will be a 1st coordination meeting for the First Leg of Gov Al Golf Cup on Wed. Aug 8 at the AIM 5th Floor Bistro Cafe at 4pm to discuss the following:
1. Host clubs - Lead Host and co-hosts
2. Committees - Tournament Chair and co-chair, Finance Chair-co chair, selection of Venue. food, Tickets and announcements, Host for ceremonies, trophies, raffle and prizes, tarpaulins, registration and participation, etc.
3. Rules of the Tournament - Tournament of Champions
4. Determination of Initial funding and distribution of proceeds - district project, club projects (one suggestion is Polio, another is EREY).
As suggested, we will limit the hosts from 5 to 7 clubs only.
- There will be 2nd leg on November 21 (hosted by RCMLegazpi which will also be called TRF Golf ),
- 3rd leg on Jan. 23, 2019,
- 4th leg on March 13, 2019 (hosted by RC Rizal West which will be called also as Discon Golf) and
- the TOC on May 22, 2019 hosted by RC Makati Paseo De Roxas.
