Join us as we launch the Rotary International Convention 2020 and International Service Olympics.

"Rotary Aloha"  and Luau Festival with Philippine Districts 

Date :        November 4, 2019

Venue:      Makati Sports Club

Starting at 3 PM, we will start our online registration for Rotarians who need assistance to register for the Rotary Convention in Honolulu, Hawaii. 

At 4 PM, we will  have an International Service Forum 

 

We will discuss best practices when forming sisterhood arrangements with other clubs especially in the international arena. Panel speakers will talk about the other parts of international service - Rotary friendship exchange and rotary youth exchange

Since you will find projects by host clubs scattered in the forum, this will be an opportunity to not only sign sisterhood agreements but allow you to showcase projects that may lead to  joint projects with clubs outside District 3830

At 7PM, we begin our  exciting Aloha Rotary Launch 

We will present to you the 2020 Rotary International Convention  and promote the features of the next Rotary international convention in Hawaii. Important information  and  attractions about the convention will be presented.

To grace our event and  speak  for the US Ambassador will be the Consul General of the United States Embassy,  Honorable Russel Brown. 

An open forum on visas  will be held with the Consul General and his Deputy Consul General Kimberly Kelly

The Aloha Launch will be proceeded by a grand Luau Festival of Hawaiian inspired presentations.  A festival of hula (dance) and mele (song) Philippine Districts will compete and a  grand winner will be chosen. A handsome prize awaits. 

Come in your most creative  Hawaiian get up!  

We will raffle off Airline tickets to our Registered Rotarians to the Honolulu Rotary Convention. More  grand raffle awaits the early birds  and everyone attending the entire event.

During the event, Airline Representives , travel agents and  visa helpdesks will be available to help your travel needs.

Dinner tickets will be at P1,000 (to include  drinks and raffle) This rate is up to September 30.  After this date, ticket will be at P1,200.
