Our Hamburg Launch - Oktoberfest

Come in German inspired attire OR  Blue Jeans and white shirt/polos (with suspenders for men)

LAUNCH-OKTOBERFEST TICKETS:

As posted in the Viber group, today is the last day of  ticket reservations for our headcount  and online payments of tickets remittance is accepted only until tomorrow .  To implement a smooth preparation of food and distribution of space, our set up will be made according to paid reservations  We discourage onsite registration for the Monday event. 

Secretariat headed by Betty Centeno (RCMNorth)  at the registration will issue the dinner tickets  and receipts according to reservations and payments you made -- starting at 4pm on Monday.

ONLINE HAMBURG REGISTRATION TO THE RI CONVENTION:

OUR ONLINE RI CONVENTION ASSISTANCE TEAM - headed by Ron Dotaro (RC Makati) will assist Rotarians to register online from 4pm  . Please remember your MY ROTARY log in names and passwords. Please bring your credit cards.  

Incentives and Raffle:

Rotarians registered to the RI Convention from June to the launch date Monday, October 22 will be entitled to raffle tickets for a trip to Hongkong . Two raffle tickets will be drawn during the event, your presence is required.  Philppine Airlines will also have  raffle tickets draw to be announced during the event. 

To make sure your names will be included in the raffle, please proceed to the ONLINE REGISTRATION Desk care of Ron Dotaro to show your presence and  check that your names are dropped   in the tambiolo. The list of registered Rotarians to Hamburg will be available at the helpdesk.

Clubs with registered Rotarians to Hamburg will also get recognition from the District.   

OKTOBERFEST by the VIPS:

The Oktoberfest offers  fun, fellowship and overflowing beer from San Miguel Beer.   

The Oktoberfest VIP team has many raffle prizes in store  for your participation in the event. 

Raffle for early birds attending the Launch and Oktoberfest  from 4pm to 6pm will be entitled to raffle of Boracay Accommodation, and more . Presence during the raffle is required. 

 

AIRLINE DISCOUNT:

Four Airlines (PAL, Turkish Airline, Etihad Airways, and Emirates) will be onsite to provide discount to our Hamburg delegates.   Travel Agents will be present too. Please check out their table displays.

Visa helpdesk will be available for visa queries for Hamburg and Europe.
