NEW District Updates

District Newsletter | April

The last District Newsletter of the term can be found HERE or at cnhkeyclub.org/news/newsfeed later this week! It will feature any Key Club moment stories that were submitted by our district, so if you filled out the form be on the lookout for the April newsletter that will include your story!

Spotlight of Service Program | April

What is the Spotlight on Service Program?

The CNH Spotlight on Service Program was created by the Service Projects Committee to promote International and District initiatives as well as to encourage active participation with organizations/initiatives. The Service Projects Committee will provide monthly guides that include tips and ideas on how clubs can complete the monthly service initiatives.

The Spotlight on Service Program would like to receive project submissions from the District to showcase projects from the previous month in the District Newsletter. Receive recognition and inspire someone with your creative project ideas!

How can your club participate?

Clubs must submit their project through an electronic form. HERE is the link for the Project Submission Form. This form is very easy to complete and is due by the 5th of each month for the previous month. (The deadline for March project submission is April 5th.) If you are planning on submitting pictures, please send them to cnhk...@gmail.com.

April SOSP Focus | Community Outreach

I highly encourage you all to attempt to tailor service projects to this focus! An example of a project relating to this month's SOSP is the Second Harvest Food Bank event happening every Wednesday, more information later in the email ;)

DCON Delegate Registration | Ends 04/07

Attention all Club Presidents! Delegate registration is open as a part of the regular DCON registration process! Each club is allowed 2 delegates MAX at DCON: they will attend the caucus and House of Delegates portion of DCON and have the opportunity to vote on district policy proposals and our next district executives! We need to reach quorum (1/3 of clubs present) in order to vote, so it's VERY important you have delegates register and attend DCON! Presidents, please make sure to assign who will be delegates for your club and have them register ASAP or contact District Administration Mr. Gin at dgin.k...@gmail.com if they already registered as a regular attendee. Delegates can be anyone from the club, although it's recommended to be a current officer or elect if possible. Contact PIE Chair Ilene Thaopraseuth at cnhk...@gmail.com with any questions, comments, or concerns!
