The time has come for us to elect our next Lieutenant Governor for Division 34 North! On behalf of the Region 17 Lieutenant Governors, we are hoping to see you all at this year's Conclave!
This email will contain the following contents:

What is Conclave?
Conclave is an event held by your Lieutenant Governor of the division to elect the next Lieutenant Governor to represent their division on the District Board. It is a very important event that every Key Club member should attend as you gain a better understanding in making informed decisions and learning about the future of your division!

Conclave Logistics
This year's Conclave will be taking place on January 23rd (Saturday), from 1:00PM to 4:00PM on Zoom. All attendees are expected to join the Zoom thirty minutes before the event starts. Division Council Meetings will be conducted, depending on what round you are in.
Conclave will be conducted in two rounds:
- Round 1: D12W, D34N, D43
- Round 2: D12E, D12S, D34S
Conclave Attendees Registration
In order to attend Conclave, PRESIDENTS of their respective club must register their members and their selected delegates (2 DELEGATES).
The purpose of a delegate is to partake in the voting process to choose which candidate they believe is best suited for the division. Delegates DO NOT have to be an officer, however it is highly encouraged. Please note that you can only be a delegate if you are DUES-PAID.
"What if my club isn't DUES-PAID?"
That's okay! You can still attend Conclave, HOWEVER you will not be able to participate in the voting process!
The registration form can be found HERE. The form will close on JANUARY 20TH AT 11:59PM.

Hello, everybody!
I hope you are doing well! There is less than ONE WEEK left until Region 17's Conclave 2021! In this email are a couple of updates, reminders, as well as a special overlay!
Conclave Updates
The Conclave schedule has changed. While the event will still occur from 1-4 PM on Saturday, January 23rd, 2021, the rounds for caucus have been altered.
Here are the UPDATED rounds:
- Round 1: D12E, D34N, D43
- Round 2: D12S, D12W, D34S
In addition, all clubs in good standing from the 2019-20 term are allowed to bring delegates, regardless of whether you paid dues for the 2020-21 term or not. This means that all clubs are expected to send delegates to Conclave. For registration details, please see the section below.
Conclave Delegate & Attendees Registration
