Hello everyone,

For some time now I'm struggling with d3. zoom. I am totaly confused because I used it normaly in my previous maps and now I have strange problem with translation happenig on some zoom level and impossibillity to pan. I already asked my question on StackOwerflow with no luck finsing answer, so I am coping it here.
