D3JS Radial Slider

Hi

Please let me know how can I create a Radial Slider in D3 JS.

Numbers are in Circle just like in clock , User can Drag  with handle - for example dragging 3 to 6 in clock. something like below with multiple slides

Thanks for the reply , how can I draw dotted lines with numbers 0 to 60  -- lines points from center of circle.
