adding element at zoomed

Hey, d3.js experts, what is the proper way to add elements at zoomed. when I add element by clicking when zoomed, then reset the view(unzoomed), the element is not on proper coordinate. https://jsfiddle.net/testoftheyearend/Lx9k72n6/170/
