Sankey chart using d3.js

I was Trying to run this Sankey chart but at last end-up with blank screen on the web page.

I have created 3 files

index.html
sankey.js

and

sankey.csv

I have also tried the same by downloading d3.js file from d3js.org and keeping it in the same folder and changing the source tag. still the same.

can any one please help me in executing this code.
