I am trying to develop an Entity-Relationship diagram using D3js. Please advice

Have you tried anything? Searched for examples that are similar to what you want to do?
I typed the phrase into google and got some results: https://www.google.com/search?q=d3+entity+relationship+diagram

People tend to respond with energy proportional to the energy put into the request for help, it is expected that you put forward at least a tiny bit of effort.

For the record , I have a spend a significant amount of hrs looking for a solution so please don't make any assumptions.

If you want to provide assistance that would be great but keep it purely technical.

I have seen all of the examples referenced by both responses and it is not what I am looking for.

I'm working on the same thing, and looking at cola.js as a layout option.
