How can I toggle between Sum of leaf nodes and Mean of leaf nodes using d3.js Hierarchical Bar Chart

Please see my question at Stack Overflow regarding using the Mean value of leaf nodes (instead of Sum) in the value accessor of hierarchy and being able to toggle between the two.
